Service Technician / Installer - Roller Doors

About the role

An expanding team specialising in commercial garage doors and shutters is looking for an experienced Service Technician / Installer based in Brisbane. The role covers maintenance, fault diagnosis and installation of roller doors, with full ownership of each job from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• General maintenance of roller doors to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and rectify faults
• Install motors for roller doors
• Carry out preventative maintenance servicing
• Take ownership of installations and service outcomes from start to finish
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client enquiries professionally

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant trade experience (e.g. Field Service Technician, Electrician, Welder, Fitter or related trade)
• Solid understanding of construction principles and manufacturing processes
• Current valid full driver's licence (essential)
• White Card required

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
