Service Support Officer – Medicare Mental Health Centre

About the role

Wellways and Clarity Health Care are delivering a new model of mental health care through a Medicare Mental Health Centre in Rockhampton, offering free, walk-in support with no referral required. The Service Support Officer is the welcoming and professional face of the centre, giving team members, participants, carers and their families a warm, empathetic and safe experience. The pay is $40.49-$43.42 per hour (SCHADS 3B), full time ongoing plus leave loading.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Drivers licence, car registration and insurance
• Satisfactory police records check
• NDIS workers screening check and working with children check
• NDIS workers orientation module "Quality Safety and You" (free online course)
