About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in a commercial environment according to established guidelines and schedules.
• Maintain safe manual handling practices and adhere to standard precautions.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, including those living with dementia.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for a range of shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative.

Required skills

• Commercial cleaning experience.
• Understanding of safe manual handling procedures.
