Service Sales Specialist

About the role

The Service Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by selling Maintenance Service Agreements for GE HealthCare equipment across a defined region in Australia and New Zealand. You will develop strategic service relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue service sales opportunities, including renewals, warranty conversions and win‑backs.
• Promote GE HealthCare service solutions, educate customers on entitlements, and secure signed agreements.
• Prepare and administer Maintenance Service Agreements, coordinate contractual negotiations and ensure accurate billing.
• Handle internal and customer enquiries, resolve invoice disputes and provide clear communication on service coverage.
• Maintain CRM data quality, track leads and opportunities, and contribute to sales forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or technical sales.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to interpret tender documentation and convey complex service entitlements clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
