Service Sales Engineer – Hägglunds

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Service Sales Engineer to drive growth of the Hägglunds aftermarket business across Western Australia. You will build long‑term relationships with existing customers, identify upgrade and retrofit opportunities, and deliver tailored service solutions for mining and heavy‑industry clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end‑users, providing technical and commercial support across the Hägglunds service portfolio.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, modernisations, spare parts, repairs, and service agreements.
- Drive business growth with key mining customers throughout the Pilbara and broader Western Australian regions.
- Provide technical advice, create service proposals, and support customers in improving system performance.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, negotiate service agreements, and assist with tender submissions.
- Coordinate with Service, Quality, and Engineering teams to support project execution and commissioning.
- Analyse market trends, install‑base opportunities, and spare‑parts requirements to shape growth strategies.
- Maintain sales forecasts, reporting, and represent the business at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, service sales, technical account management, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Strong background in mining, heavy industry, and hydraulic systems.
