Service Desk Analyst

About the role

Join Scentre Group as a Service Desk Analyst and provide exceptional support across a dynamic technology environment, working directly with senior leaders and VIP stakeholders. This role offers opportunities to develop technical expertise and stakeholder management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely Level 1 and Level 2 support, focusing on first‑contact resolution.
• Deliver high‑touch, professional support to Executive and VIP stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, AV and collaboration technology issues.
• Manage, update and document incidents and requests via the IT Service Management platform.
• Collaborate with broader Technology teams to escalate complex issues and drive service improvement.

Required profile

• Experienced Service Desk Analyst who thrives in a customer‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Professionalism and discretion when supporting senior leaders and VIP stakeholders.
• Desire to develop capabilities, expand technical knowledge and build a long‑term career in Technology.

Required skills

• Level 1 and Level 2 support capabilities.
• Hardware, software, mobile device, AV and collaboration technology troubleshooting.
• Use of an IT Service Management platform for incident and request handling.
