Service Desk Analyst – Hybrid IT Support Role

About the role

Join a leading national legal firm as an IT Support Analyst. You will provide crucial assistance to users, resolving technical issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support key business applications including Microsoft 365 suite, MS Teams, Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Provide expert technical support for hardware, software and network issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Hands‑on support for meeting‑room audio/visual setups and equipment.
• Manage user accounts, including onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Resolve IT incidents and service requests in line with established SLAs.
• Develop and maintain user guides and knowledge documentation.
• Participate in an after‑hours support roster, providing weekend assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills with a focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.
• Experience in a professional environment is beneficial.
