Service Attendant – DIDO 2:1 roster in Nebo (Queensland)

About the role

We are looking for customer‑service‑oriented individuals to join our regional Queensland teams on a Drive‑In Drive‑Out (DIDO) basis. This entry‑level position offers a stable 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off) in a remote mining village, providing a unique opportunity to work in hospitality and industrial cleaning.

Key responsibilities

• Work across key village services including housekeeping, kitchen support, retail, and mine‑site cleaning.
• Follow a DIDO 2:1 roster, delivering 12‑hour shifts with day and night rotations.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that prioritises safety, service excellence and flexibility.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to grow your career in remote locations.

Required profile

• Reliable, customer‑focused individual with hospitality, industrial cleaning or related experience, or transferable skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work in remote locations with varying conditions.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, including day and night rotations.
• Commitment to safety procedures, a valid driver’s licence and successful pre‑employment medical checks.
• Australian citizenship or full working rights.
