SEO Specialist

About the role

Jaywing is seeking a hands‑on SEO Specialist to support the delivery of SEO strategies across a diverse client portfolio. You will work on technical optimisation, content creation and off‑page activities while developing your strategic capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis and competitor analysis.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits (technical, content, off‑page, GEO) and implement improvements.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and performance metrics, providing regular reports.
• Support client communication through performance updates and translate data into clear insights.
• Stay current with SEO and AI‑led search developments and contribute to internal process improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of SEO experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Solid understanding of technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO.
• Strong analytical abilities and confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, learning‑oriented attitude.
