SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist to join our growing agency in North Sydney. In this hybrid position you will manage the online presence of tier‑1 client accounts, developing and executing tailored SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise SEO performance for a portfolio of high‑value clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and on‑page/off‑page optimisation.
• Perform technical SEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in an SEO or digital marketing role, preferably within an agency.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
