SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join Jaywing’s digital team. The role combines hands‑on optimisation work with the opportunity to develop strategic expertise across a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client objectives, covering technical, content and off‑page workstreams.
• Conduct keyword research, content gap and competitor analysis to inform quarterly roadmaps.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits (technical, content, off‑page, GEO) and implement improvements to site structure, indexing and performance.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and performance metrics, producing regular reports and insights.
• Support client communication through performance updates and translate data into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with strategists and wider digital teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Stay current with SEO developments and AI‑led search, contributing to internal process improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of SEO experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Solid understanding of technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
