SEO Manager

About the role

Wynne Digital is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to own and expand its SEO services across all client accounts. You will lead the SEO strategy, optimise existing infrastructure and drive future growth for a small but collaborative Melbourne‑based agency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO roadmaps.
• Perform on‑site optimisation for Shopify and WordPress sites.
• Create detailed briefs for copywriters and manage off‑site link building.
• Monitor site health, generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm updates and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of agency SEO experience.
• Comfortable working in a client‑facing environment.
• Competitive spirit (table tennis is a plus!).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Screaming Frog.
• Hands‑on experience implementing SEO on Shopify and WordPress platforms.
