SEO Manager

About the role

We are a lean, expert‑led digital marketing agency based in South‑West Sydney, looking for a sharp, technical SEO Manager to own and grow our organic search channels. You will lead end‑to‑end SEO strategies for local, national, lead‑generation and e‑commerce campaigns, working in a hybrid setting from Gregory Hills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on‑page and backlink dimensions.
• Conduct advanced technical audits and design innovative, AI‑driven optimisation tactics.
• Monitor Google updates, competitor activity and emerging AI search trends to keep strategies future‑proof.
• Analyse organic KPIs using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush, reporting performance and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers and internal delivery teams to ensure flawless execution of technical recommendations.
• Integrate SEO insights with paid channels such as Google Ads and Meta to support holistic marketing plans.
