SEO & Content Specialist – AI Answer Engine & GEO

About the role

Fusion Markets is looking for an SEO & Content Specialist to lead its organic search strategy as search shifts toward AI‑driven answer engines. You will shape how the trading platform is discovered, understood and recommended by tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

Key responsibilities

• Increase Fusion’s visibility in AI answer engines by identifying gaps, structuring content for LLMs and collaborating with developers on technical implementation.
• Build off‑site authority through affiliate outreach, backlink acquisition and press coverage.
• Own quarterly non‑brand organic growth targets using on‑page SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimisation and internal linking strategies.
• Manage day‑to‑day website health, site migrations and larger builds in partnership with the development team.
• Produce blog posts, content clusters and landing pages that support product launches and drive user acquisition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, preferably within a fast‑growing digital or fintech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable optimisation plans.
• Excellent written communication and the capacity to work cross‑functionally with marketing, product and engineering teams.
