Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

Frank Digital, a Jaywing agency, is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead complex digital projects and raise design standards. Working closely with the Head of Experience Design, you will own the design direction for major accounts across websites, mobile apps, landing pages and more.

Key responsibilities

• Own UX and UI direction, ensuring high‑quality output from concept to delivery.
• Lead projects end‑to‑end, producing sketches, wireframes, site maps, user flows, prototypes and final interfaces.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior designers through feedback, critique and hands‑on coaching.
• Collaborate with PPC, CRO and SEO teams to create conversion‑focused designs.
• Work with internal developers, balancing technical feasibility with visual excellence.
• Run workshops, present to clients and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of UX/UI or digital product design experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced in‑house team.
• Proven track record of leading projects end‑to‑end and setting design direction.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior designers.
• User‑centred approach grounded in research, usability and accessibility.
• Strong eye for detail in layout and typography.

Required skills

• Expert working knowledge of Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
