UX/UI Designer

About the role

Join Frank Digital as a UX/UI Designer, working alongside the Head of Experience Design and the wider design team to shape digital products for high‑profile clients. This UX‑led position focuses on research, structure and problem solving, while also delivering high‑quality interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Frame problems using research, data, analytics and stakeholder input before designing solutions.
• Own projects from brief through delivery, creating user flows, site maps, sketches, wireframes, prototypes and final interface designs.
• Plan and run usability testing, turning insights into defensible design decisions.
• Map user journeys and information architecture for complex sites and products.
• Design to WCAG accessibility standards and collaborate with PPC, CRO and SEO teams for conversion‑focused outcomes.
• Work closely with internal developers, manage multiple projects, and experiment with new tools and processes.

Required profile

• 6+ years of digital design experience, primarily UX focused.
• Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to justify design decisions to clients and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent layout and typography sense.
• Comfortable working with analytics and behavioural data such as GA4 or Hotjar.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design systems.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Hotjar or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – useful but not essential.
