Senior Tech Analyst – DevOps

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Analyst – DevOps to drive automation, cloud infrastructure management, and CI/CD practices across our software delivery lifecycle. You will collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
• Manage and support cloud environments on AWS, Azure or GCP, including infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation.
• Automate infrastructure as code, monitor system performance and application health with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk or Datadog.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment and production issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline release processes, environment management and version control using Git.
• Implement security best practices across pipelines and infrastructure.
• Maintain containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes, optimizing scalability, reliability and cost.
• Document technical procedures, SOPs and architecture diagrams, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or infrastructure automation.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
