Senior Systems Engineer

About the role

Culture Amp is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to design, automate and operate the systems that enable employees to work from anywhere. You will own identity, endpoint management and workplace infrastructure, leveraging AWS, networking and enterprise AI while ensuring security, reliability and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Okta identity lifecycle, including workflows, SSO, SCIM and access governance.
• Manage Apple device fleet with Jamf Pro, covering zero‑touch deployment, configuration, patching and compliance.
• Automate workplace operations using Python, PowerShell, Terraform/CloudFormation and workflow platforms.
• Operate selected AWS and Meraki services, improving reliability, security and observability.
• Administer enterprise AI platforms such as Glean, Claude for Enterprise and Gemini, handling access controls and governance.
• Design monitoring, alerting and remediation workflows for critical services.
• Provide senior escalation support for complex infrastructure incidents.

Required profile

• Several years of engineering or administration of corporate infrastructure in a SaaS or technology‑led company.
• Strong experience with Okta administration and identity lifecycle automation.
• Proven expertise in Jamf Pro and macOS fleet management.
• Hands‑on experience automating processes with Python, PowerShell, APIs or IaC.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex incidents and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Willingness to work from the Richmond office at least two days per week.
