Senior Structural Modeller – Bridge & Transport Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Structural Modeller to join our high‑performing Structural team in Western Australia. You will play a key role in delivering major bridge and transport infrastructure projects, working closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams across the state.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structural models and drawings for bridge and transport infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to both concept and detailed design delivery.
• Apply advanced computer‑aided design and modelling techniques.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in delivering complex, multi‑discipline projects while meeting time, cost and quality expectations.
• Support continuous improvement of drafting standards and practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in structural drafting/modelling, preferably on MRWA bridge projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and industry drafting practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex design projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Commitment to health, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
