Senior Strata Manager

About the role

A highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Strata Manager is sought to oversee the day-to-day operations of a strata portfolio. The role works closely with the committee, property owners, tenants and contractors to keep strata properties running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance and repairs and meetings
• Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants and contractors to resolve issues promptly
• Organise and run strata committee meetings and general meetings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for the portfolio
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strata management
• Strong knowledge of strata and sympathetic industry legislation (fire, WHS, QBCC)
• Excellent written and oral communication, organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to lead and develop team members

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Property management software
