Senior Specialist – Technical Product Enablement & Sales (Digital Issuing)

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Technical Product Enablement and Sales will drive the execution, adoption and optimisation of Mastercard’s digital issuing solutions across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Working as an individual contributor, you will partner with customers, internal teams and external partners to deliver technical integrations, onboard clients and ensure successful use of digital payment capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management and delivery of digital issuing products to issuing partners in the ANZ & Pacific market, including Directory Service, Digital Wallet enablement, Secure Card on File, Virtual card token and Agent Pay.
• Provide product, technical and platform knowledge to assist sales, client service centres and client engagements.
• Assist in executing product sales strategies and support sales‑pipeline activities.
• Develop client‑specific digital issuing solutions, presentations and demonstrations.
• Act as a product expert for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth technical integration and adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital payments or issuing product environments.
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to sales and client audiences.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital issuing platforms such as Credential Service, Digital Wallet Enablement, Secure Card on File, and Agentic Commerce.
