About the role

The Medical Imaging Department at Bundaberg Hospital is recruiting a Senior Sonographer (HP4) for the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The role involves delivering high-level medical imaging services through complex ultrasound procedures, supporting accurate diagnoses and patient-centred care within a skilled team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex ultrasound procedures, including obstetric, gynaecological, neonatal, general and vascular imaging, as well as emergency imaging.
• Deliver high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations and support accurate diagnoses.
• Work collaboratively with a skilled team to contribute to service excellence and improve health outcomes for the community.
