Senior Software Developer (Sydney)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Life & Health subsidiary in Sydney. Reporting to the Application Development Manager, you will work on new and existing applications using the Microsoft technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software applications using C#.NET, SQL Server and Power BI.
• Implement user stories, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and conduct code reviews with unit testing.
• Maintain and support staging and production cloud environments on Azure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects for internal users and clients.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, business stakeholders and end‑users to deliver business outcomes.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline (desirable).
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a .NET developer.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a Scrum team.
