Senior Site Manager

About the role

Join leading builders in South East Queensland delivering education facilities, social housing and luxury high‑rise projects. As a Senior Site Manager you will own the site from structure through to finishes, working closely with project managers and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations across all project stages.
• Lead subcontractors, trades and site teams to drive programme sequencing and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and project specifications.
• Oversee high‑quality finishes on education, housing and high‑rise builds.
• Handle site reporting, inspections and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Supervisor on education, social housing or high‑rise residential projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills on site.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes.
• Solid understanding of safety, compliance and build quality.

Required skills

• Experience with construction management systems such as Procore or Aconex.
