Site Manager

About the role

Metricon Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead residential construction projects in Logan and surrounding suburbs. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high‑quality, defect‑free homes are delivered on time and within safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall site performance and ensure quality finish of homes.
• Maximise site production by coordinating subcontractors and scheduling trades.
• Proactively resolve build issues and liaise with clients.
• Review building practices, ensure compliance with cost and project management standards, and foster a positive team culture.
• Hand over completed homes to customers, including keys and settlement packs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the residential building industry.
• Certificate IV in Construction and a valid QBCC licence.
• Strong project management, knowledge of building and OHS regulations, and QA systems.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer‑focus skills.
• Ability to develop and manage networks with trades and external partners.
