Senior Regional Mobility & Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Regional Mobility & Sales Trainer to lead the design and delivery of training programmes for Toyota’s dealer network across NSW and the ACT. Based in Sydney Olympic Park, you will work closely with dealers, fleet customers and internal teams to boost product knowledge, sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product and “Pathway to Purchase” training for new and existing vehicle models across the dealer network.
• Design and run fleet and activation training covering new vehicles, genuine accessories and connected services, including expos, events and customised business forums.
• Produce and maintain regional reports that identify skill gaps, support planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage the regional fleet of vehicles, coordinating orders, trials, PR and marketing requests for photo shoots and events.
• Provide specialist administrative support for assessment and selection processes related to training initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering sales and product training within the automotive sector.
• Strong analytical ability to create and interpret reporting data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout NSW and the ACT as required.
