About the role

Robert Half is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its high‑performing Technology Practice in Brisbane. You will own a full 360‑degree desk, building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates across the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a professional network across the NSW/QLD technology market.
• Lead business development initiatives with existing and new clients.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for specialised tech roles.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for a variety of industries.
• Stay informed on market trends and provide consultative insights to clients.
• Participate in company events, networking activities, CSR initiatives and community engagement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of 360‑degree recruitment experience, preferably in technology.
• Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
• Consultative, commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Resilient, adaptable and growth‑oriented attitude.
• Collaborative approach and desire to work in a high‑performing team.
