Senior Recruitment Consultant – Sydney

About the role

We are seeking experienced 360 recruitment consultants to join a range of established and fast‑growing recruitment firms in Sydney. The role is open to candidates already based in Sydney or those willing to relocate from the UK or Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across specialist sectors such as Property, Construction, Renewable Energy, Financial Services, Technology and Business Support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Generate new business opportunities and consistently meet billing targets.
• Provide market insight and advisory support to clients throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a recruitment agency environment.
• Proven 360 recruitment background with a track record of consistent billing.
• Relationship‑focused approach to clients and candidates.
• Ambition to grow a career within the Sydney recruitment market.
