Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

The Andersen Partnership, a recruitment firm specialising in legal, accounting, insurance and professional services recruitment, is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant. You will take ownership of your own recruitment desk, drive revenue growth, develop key client relationships and deliver strong recruitment outcomes. This suits an experienced recruiter ready to move beyond a standard consultant role, combining personal billings with business development, account management and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements
• Run daily candidate searches and build talent communities to meet client needs
• Account manage existing clients and develop new ones
• Achieve KPIs and monthly/quarterly targets while growing your client base
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Work collaboratively with the team and mentor and coach less experienced consultants

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable; industry experience may substitute
• At least 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant
• Strong administration, communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence and tact in negotiating terms and closing deals
• Drive to meet targets and deadlines, able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
