About the role

Join Phillip Riley as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and help connect top talent to renewable energy projects that drive down carbon emissions and accelerate the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver talent attraction strategies using social sourcing, advertising, referrals, and mapping.
• Engage, interview, and present skilled candidates to clients with clarity and speed.
• Provide advisory support on Fair Work legislation, Awards, and conditions.
• Negotiate employment terms and contract details professionally.
• Develop and manage client relationships, conduct meetings, craft proposals, and secure assignments.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry with immediate credibility.
• 2+ years of agency or in‑house recruitment experience across resourcing, account management, or talent attraction.
• Confident in business development, outreach, client engagement, and solution selling.
• Degree in Business, HR, Finance, Law, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional presence; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Personal strengths such as empathy, resilience, integrity, listening skills, and a drive to succeed.
