Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Randstad is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead its senior qualified accounting desk. You will place senior‑level accounting professionals—including qualified accountants, financial controllers and CFOs—while working in a hybrid model with core office days on Tuesday and Thursday.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying and acquiring new client accounts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular engagement.
• Conduct cold‑calling and promote Randstad’s recruitment services.
• Manage end‑to‑end 360° recruitment cycles on a dual desk, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with both candidates and client organisations.

Required profile

• Proven recruiter with a strong sense of urgency and resilience.
• Experience in accounting or finance recruitment within an agency environment.
• Excellent business‑development skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Self‑motivated, thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative team culture.
