Senior Recruitment Consultant (Global Network Specialist)

About the role

Peritus, an established recruitment services provider with an extensive global talent network, is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record and a strong global client and candidate network. The role is full 360 degrees: you will use your network to attract and place high-calibre candidates, build and grow the global candidate and client network, manage a mid-to-senior level candidate base across contract and permanent placements, and deliver a seamless experience for clients and candidates. The expectation is to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Build, grow and maintain a strong global professional network to identify and engage high-calibre candidates.
• Leverage your network to speed up placements and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment campaigns for contract and permanent roles from briefing through to placement.
• Source, screen and interview candidates and assess them against client requirements.
• Advise clients on labour market conditions, salary benchmarking and talent strategy.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practice and emerging talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• A strong, established global candidate and client network.
• Track record of successfully placing candidates into contract and permanent roles.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business.
