Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - AI & Automation

About the role

Future Secure AI is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure its AI‑driven products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. You will work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to embed rigorous testing practices throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to translate product requirements into comprehensive test plans.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing, both manually and with automation tools.
• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of new QA tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing a QA perspective.
• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines in partnership with DevOps.
• Analyze test results and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
