About the role
Brisbane Real Estate, an independent real estate company based in Chapel Hill, Queensland, is hiring a Senior Property Manager. The role sits within a portfolio of 90 properties, capped at 130, and offers a long-term career path with mentorship from industry leaders who have over 40 years of experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage new tenant relationships and administration
- Manage and complete inspections and process new applications
- Assist with ad hoc property management tasks
- Carry out routine inspections and reporting
- Work alongside leasing staff on new tenant enquiries, inspections and owner reports
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of residential property management experience
- Certificate of Registration
- Current driver's licence (office car provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, multitasking and attention to detail
Required skills
