Business Broker – QLD (Rent Roll Broker)

About the role

Real Estate Dynamics, a Rent Roll brokerage, training and consulting firm, is recruiting a Business Broker in Queensland. The role suits someone with real estate experience who wants to sell businesses while working a flexible Monday to Friday schedule, from home or wherever they choose. The company provides all administration and management support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and build rapport with potential sellers, helping them through the selling process
• Create presentation opportunities for both buyers and sellers
• Turn buyer and seller leads into clients and customers
• Build relationships with buyers and guide them through the sales process

Required profile

• Has owned a Real Estate Agency or Rent Roll business, or managed day-to-day operations as Principal or Licensee of such a business (required)
• Current Real Estate Agent licence in Queensland, maintained in line with the law
• Outgoing, friendly and positive, driven by targets
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, punctual and dependable
• Based in Brisbane preferred, though not required

What we offer

• Paid 12-week learning program covering the foundations of being a Rent Roll Broker
• Base salary of $75,000 (including superannuation) after completing the program, plus uncapped commissions with on-target earnings exceeding $250,000
