Senior Project Manager / Project Director – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

TSA Riley is looking for enthusiastic and driven Senior Project Managers and Project Directors to join its growing team in Darwin. With a strong pipeline of work, particularly in the utilities sector, you will support and lead client-side delivery of infrastructure-led projects. You will contribute across end-to-end project delivery, supporting planning, design coordination, procurement and construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities and internal teams to manage scope, program, risk, interfaces, delivery and turnkey handover.
• Drive project outcomes and support technical and commercial decision-making.
• Build strong, trusted client relationships across the Northern Territory.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline, including electrical trade or design background.
• 10-20 years delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects across various sectors, including energy and power utilities; client and/or consultancy side experience preferred.
• Demonstrated exposure to electrical systems such as power supply and distribution, communications, controls, substations or renewables; experience with high voltage distribution is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, with proven success coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Highly developed communication, problem-solving and commercial skills, able to influence decisions and guide projects through all phases.
