Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Darwin team. You will lead diverse, high‑profile construction, civil and infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory, working directly with directors and key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead diverse, high‑profile projects across the Northern Territory from planning through to completion.
• Work directly with directors and key decision‑makers, managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders, overseeing programme, cost, quality and risk.
• Provide strategic advice throughout project delivery and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the firm.

Required profile

• 8+ years experience delivering civil, building or infrastructure projects.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering or architecture.
• Strong stakeholder and project management capability with commercial awareness.
• Proactive, collaborative team player who takes ownership in complex environments.
