Senior Project Manager

About the role

This position is with a nationally recognised infrastructure contractor that is expanding its operations in Western Australia. The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects across roads, transport, defence and broader sectors.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule and budget are met.
• Commercial and programme management, including cost control and risk mitigation.
• Engagement with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Leadership, mentoring and development of multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support business development activities and future work‑winning initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects within Australia.
• Strong commercial acumen and operational capability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Relationship‑driven, solutions‑focused leadership style.
• Experience in roads, transport, defence or major infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
