Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud Migration

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure and cloud migration initiatives within a major enterprise transformation programme. The role will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and programme milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control infrastructure and migration projects across cloud (Azure, AWS), data centre, network and platform domains.
• Maintain project artefacts including schedules, RAID logs, dependency maps and governance reports.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, facilitate decision‑making forums, workshops and steering committee updates.
• Partner with senior business, technology, architecture, operations and vendor stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery meets scope, quality, compliance and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience delivering large‑scale technology programmes in a Project Manager capacity.
• Proven track record of leading infrastructure or cloud migration transformation projects.
• Strong governance, reporting and RAID management experience within a PMO environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as banking, financial services or government is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) are advantageous.
