Senior Project Manager / Hybrid Account Director (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

Orchard, a leading health and wellness agency in Australia, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex health/pharma projects and multi‑brand portfolios on a 6‑month contract. You will coordinate creative, medical writing, strategy and technology teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own schedules, budgets, risks and quality for digital and omnichannel projects such as websites, iVAs/eDetailers, approved emails, campaigns and content programs.
• Lead MLR and regulatory workflows (Medicines Australia Code, TGA), manage documentation in Veeva PromoMats/Vault and ensure audit readiness.
• Mentor junior PMs on estimation, Jira hygiene, acceptance criteria and handover excellence.
• Manage budgets, burn rates and change control, flag variances early and contribute to new brief estimates.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years experience in digital/creative health communications with a strong record of regulated delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without losing detail or quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, confident in running meetings and presenting status.
• Commercially literate, comfortable with budgets, timesheets and financial reporting.

Required skills

• Veeva PromoMats/Vault (or equivalent) for regulatory tracking.
• Jira for project tracking and ticket management.
• Confluence for documentation.
• AI tools for documentation acceleration, risk scanning and QA checklists.
