Senior Project Manager – Digital Twin, GIS & LiDAR

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic Digital Twin, GIS, LiDAR and spatial technology projects in Adelaide. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end project governance, budget control, risk management and stakeholder engagement while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver complex technology and transformation projects.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Establish delivery frameworks and governance structures.
• Oversee projects involving Digital Twin platforms, GIS, spatial data management and LiDAR acquisition, processing and integration.
• Facilitate integration of spatial, asset and operational data into enterprise environments.
• Coordinate with technical specialists to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams and external partners.
• Run workshops, project meetings and governance forums.
• Manage third‑party vendors and delivery partners.
• Maintain project plans, RAID registers and executive reporting artefacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex technology or data‑driven projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing Digital Twin, GIS or geospatial data projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and delivery methodologies.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders across business and technical functions.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate multiple delivery streams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
