Senior Project Coordinator

About the role

Capgemini Invent is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Project Coordinator to support its Project Management Office. You will work closely with project managers, providing coordination, data analysis, and administrative assistance to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking activities.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Collect, compile, and analyse project data for portfolio reporting and dashboards.
• Prepare regular status reports, executive summaries, and performance metrics.
• Administer and maintain project‑management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Configure workflows, fields, and reports within these tools.
• Respond to project‑related inquiries and coordinate information requests.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Familiarity with project‑management concepts and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and identify insights.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Project‑management and collaboration tools: Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello, Monday.com, SharePoint.
• Data‑visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau) – a plus.
