Senior Product Marketing Lead

About the role

A well-established Australian organisation with a strong consumer offering and a growing portfolio of home services and emerging energy solutions is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Lead. The role takes ownership of marketing across a diverse portfolio of consumer services and technology solutions, going beyond campaign management to link marketing investment with qualified leads, quotes, completed jobs and revenue, while keeping demand aligned with delivery capacity. It involves working closely with senior business and Sales stakeholders, leading product positioning and go-to-market planning, and leading a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product marketing strategies, positioning and value propositions, and partner with senior business and Sales leaders to turn business objectives into marketing plans aligned to revenue, conversion and ROI.
• Manage demand generation in line with operational capacity, monitoring lead quality, cost per lead, quote conversion and completed jobs, and improving acquisition efficiency.
• Work with Sales, Operations, Digital and Data teams to address pipeline gaps and improve the customer journey.
• Lead go-to-market planning, product propositions and customer messaging, and oversee integrated campaigns with performance media, SEO, digital and agency partners.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, run campaign and performance reviews, and lead and develop a team.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes through marketing.
• Experience across demand generation, customer acquisition, lead quality, conversion or sales pipeline performance.
• Experience developing product positioning, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work closely with Sales and operational teams.
• Experience leading or developing team members.
