Senior Product Manager, Credit Cards (Customer Journey Expert)

About the role

ING's Credit Cards team in Sydney is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Senior Customer Journey Expert) for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role plays a key part in transforming the in-life cards strategy, reimagining the eMOB and in-life customer approach and strengthening customer propositions in response to interchange reform. You will lead the strategic overhaul of the engagement strategy and partner across Product, Marketing, Data, Digital and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic overhaul of ING's in-life credit cards engagement strategy, including a major customer engagement transformation program.
• Redesign and optimise eMOB and lifecycle engagement programs to drive activation, usage, retention and customer value.
• Develop and deliver proposition enhancements in response to interchange reform and evolving customer expectations.
• Partner across Product, Marketing, Data, Digital and Operations to deliver customer-centric growth initiatives.
• Use customer insights, market trends and commercial analysis to shape portfolio strategy and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in credit cards, payments, loyalty, customer engagement, portfolio management or proposition development.
• Strong track record building and executing in-life customer strategies that drive growth and engagement.
• Strategic thinker able to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.
• Commercially minded, able to use data and insights to influence decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to drive outcomes across a complex organisation.
