Senior Product Designer

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer you will lead end‑to‑end design for a product area, turning complex problems into intuitive, scalable experiences for millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research, ideation, prototyping, UI design and delivery for your product area.
• Translate complex requirements into engaging, user‑focused solutions while adhering to KICK’s design system and brand.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless handoff, implementation and QA, creating reusable components.
• Run or participate in user testing and feedback sessions, turning insights into data‑informed design decisions.
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering and other Designers to shape roadmap priorities and define success metrics.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.

Required profile

• Strong experience in product design, preferably in tech, entertainment or streaming.
• Proven ability to design and deliver exceptional digital products end‑to‑end.
• Analytical and strategic mindset, able to connect design work to business outcomes.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can balance multiple projects.

Required skills

• UX/UI interaction design.
• Design for omnichannel environments, including mobile and TV applications.
