Senior Procurement Buyer – ANZ

About the role

Reckitt is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Buyer to lead factory procurement across Australia and New Zealand. In this strategic position you will shape cost‑effective sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts and build strong supplier relationships to support our global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings and quality improvements.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across manufacturing, logistics and finance to align procurement activities with business goals.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, coordinating multiple work streams and timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven track record in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain management.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities with confidence to lead.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Detail‑oriented, strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Clear communicator able to articulate ideas to diverse audiences.
