Senior Platform Designer

About the role

As a Senior Platform Designer in the ServiceNow team, you will lead the creation of intuitive, user‑centred digital experiences that serve employees across NSW Health. You will combine research, design leadership and strategic collaboration to turn insights into scalable solutions for major programs and platform enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead human‑centred design initiatives across strategic ServiceNow programs, partnering with Product Owners and developers from discovery through delivery.
• Drive the full design lifecycle, including research, wire‑framing, prototyping and high‑fidelity design.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into impactful design solutions.
• Produce accessible, reusable design artefacts that ensure consistency across the ServiceNow platform.
• Mentor junior designers and champion a culture of design excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading user‑centred design projects in complex enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Strong ability to convert user research into practical, user‑focused design outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Passion for mentoring and building design capability within a team.
