Key responsibilities

• Produce UX/UI artefacts such as wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mock‑ups for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and developers throughout discovery and delivery to create intuitive platform experiences.
• Design employee journeys, workflows and forms that improve the overall user experience.
• Lead user research and usability testing, turning insights into design improvements.
• Establish and apply design standards, style guides and best practices for consistent platform experiences.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience applying human‑centred design methodologies across the full design lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for continuous learning in user research, UX/UI design and enterprise digital platforms.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality design outcomes in complex or large‑scale environments.
