Senior Occupational Therapist - Clinical Supervisor (Multiple Positions)

About the role

Ignite Healthcare, a clinician-led, community-based allied health provider across Melbourne, is hiring multiple Senior Occupational Therapy Clinical Supervisors for its Northcote and Werribee sites. The role supervises clinicians new to or early in their Allied Health community practice, supporting quality of care and building the confidence and skills of new graduates, early-career clinicians and those new to community practice.

Key responsibilities

• Support Occupational Therapy students on clinical placement with Ignite Healthcare
• Provide clinical supervision to new graduate clinicians, early career clinicians and clinicians new to community practice in occupational therapy
• Achieve individual key performance indicators

Required profile

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in the role
• Tertiary education in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with AHPRA
• Clinical experience in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care - Home Care Package)
• Preferred: experience in an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary allied health environment
• Excellent written, verbal and computer literacy
• Current driver's licence
