Senior Manager - Program Risk Management

About the role

EY's Risk Consulting team is recruiting a Senior Manager for Program Risk Management (PRM) in its Risk Transformation practice. You will lead and manage PRM engagements across a range of industries, delivering risk-based, data-led services that strengthen clients' portfolio, program and project governance, risk management and control environments. The position is hybrid and can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of PRM services and advisory engagements, aligned to client strategies and risk profiles
• Oversee all phases of delivery, from planning and scoping to fieldwork, reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Manage project budgets, schedules and quality assurance, and ensure compliance with professional standards, EY methodologies and regulations
• Maintain relationships with client executives, boards, audit committees and management teams, and contribute to business development
• Supervise and mentor staff, share knowledge and improve PRM methodologies, tools and templates
• Lead or support transformation programs to uplift PRM functions and collaborate with other EY service lines such as Technology Risk, Cyber, ESG and Financial Audit

Required profile

• Proven specialist expertise in Infrastructure, Technology or Energy industries
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience applying program and project management methodologies
• Ideal candidates have excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills to senior stakeholders, and knowledge of risk management, business planning, analysis and data modelling
